We do not sell your
information; you are not Unlike most companies that will get you "quotes from lenders", we do not sell your private information as a "lead" for $25–50, or more. This can cause a HUGE drop in FICO scores. Sadly, this has become a common practice in this industry.

Most of the "lenders" are not lenders or even licensed to do loans in Texas! They just collect information (yours!) and sell it. Always verify the license with the Texas Savings and Loan Commission (TSLD) of the Loan Officer and Mortgage Broker. There is a mortgage broker recovery fund now available if they are licensed. We are NOT an internet lead company that will sell your information over and over, causing untold inquiries and leading to a drastic drop in your credit scores. Your critical financial information is NOT considered a "lead" to be sold over and over. Call for more information on this disturbing trend. With identity theft running rampant, all things should be considered. We do not even accept your confidential information over the internet, only a licensed, Texas Loan Officer will contact you by secure land-line telephone.
